[Introduction] "AI for nonprofits" is often misunderstood—seen as too technical, too costly, or only for large organizations. In this concise, one-hour session, we cut through the myths to provide a clear, knowledge-focused overview of what AI can actually do for mission-driven teams. Rather than diving into complex mechanics, this workshop offers a strategic introduction to accessible tools that handle repetitive tasks and amplify outreach—no coding required. Participants will leave with a practical roadmap to identify high-value AI opportunities, understand the right toolset for their needs, and design solutions that prioritize privacy, lower costs, and deliver measurable results.

「非營利組織運用AI」常被誤解——認為它太過技術性、成本過高，或者只適合大型組織。在這場為時一小時的簡潔課程中，我們將打破這些迷思，為使命導向的團隊提供清晰且聚焦於知識的概述，讓大家了解AI實際上能帶來哪些幫助。本工作坊不會深入複雜的技術細節，而是提供策略性的入門介紹，聚焦於可處理重複性任務、擴大外展能力的易用工具——而且完全不需要寫程式。參與者將帶著一份實用的行動藍圖離開，學會如何辨識高價值的AI應用機會、找到符合自身需求的正確工具組合，並設計出兼顧隱私、降低成本且能帶來具體成果的解決方案。

 [Bio] Dr. Zhou is a Product Director at the Climate Innovation Center, Tencent. She holds a PhD in Energy and Automation from Tsinghua University, China, and a Master’s degree from RWTH Aachen University in Germany. With over ten years of experience in innovative product design in digitalization and AI, she has worked across the industry, climate, and energy sectors. Dr. Zhou was previously Product Director of Tencent Cloud Smart Energy Center, CEO of the international energy digitalization company Tellhow Inc in Shanghai, San Jose, US and Berlin, Germany, co-founder of Innoloft GmbH in Germany and master researcher at ABB in Germany. She used to be visiting scholar at Stanford University in the U.S. She is also the general secretary of the Chinese Association of Renewable Energy in Germany since 2015.

周博士現任騰訊氣候創新中心產品總監。她擁有中國清華大學能源與自動化博士學位，以及德國亞琛工業大學碩士學位。她在數位化與人工智慧領域擁有超過十年的創新產品設計經驗，曾服務於工業、氣候與能源等多元產業。周博士曾任騰訊雲智慧能源中心產品總監、國際能源數位化公司 Tellhow Inc（業務涵蓋上海、美國聖荷西與德國柏林）執行長、德國 Innoloft GmbH 共同創辦人，以及德國 ABB 資深研究員。她也曾於美國史丹佛大學擔任訪問學者。自2015年起，她亦擔任德國中國可再生能源學會秘書長。
