本次大會以“推進AI賦能與創新的社會工作實踐與學習”為主題，旨在彙聚全球學者、教育者與實務工作者，共同探討人工智能（AI）如何深刻影響社會工作的各個層面，尤其是在亞太地區的具體應用與挑戰。本次會議將提供一個多元、跨文化的學術交流平臺，圍繞社會工作在人工智能快速發展背景下的專業發展、教育創新、實務轉型與研究合作展開深入探討。我們特別歡迎聚焦亞洲及太平洋島嶼（API）社群所面臨的挑戰與機遇之投稿，並探討如何在尊重多元文化、堅守倫理原則、貼合在地情境的前提下，將人工智慧（AI）與創新方法有機融入社會工作實踐與學習。透過跨文化與跨學科的對話，我們期盼促進跨越國界的合作、知識交流與相互學習，共同推動社會工作知識體系的更新與共享，爲構建一個更加包容、平等、有韌性的未來社會貢獻力量。

We are pleased to invite you to the 2026 International Conference of the Asia-Pacific Islands Social Work Educators Association (APISWEA), to be held in Macau, China, from June 5 to June 8, 2026. The conference theme, " AI and Innovation: Re-shaping Social Work Practice and Learning," aims to bring together global scholars, educators, and practitioners to explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on social work across the Asia-Pacific region. This conference will provide a diverse, cross-cultural platform for academic exchange, fostering in-depth discussions on social work’s professional development, educational innovation, practice transformation, and research collaboration in the context of rapid advances in artificial intelligence. We especially welcome contributions that focus on the challenges and opportunities facing communities in Asia and the Pacific Islands (API), and that explore how AI and innovation can be integrated in ways that are culturally responsive, ethically grounded, and contextually appropriate. Through cross-cultural and interdisciplinary dialogue, we seek to promote cross-border collaboration, knowledge exchange, and mutual learning, and to advance the renewal and sharing of the social work knowledge base.

— 關於APISWEA —

亞太社會工作教育者協會（Asian & Pacific Islander Social Work Educators Association，簡稱 APISWEA）是代表北美社會工作教育領域亞裔與太平洋島地區（API）社會工作教育者的國際組織。該協會的使命在於討論並回應全球 API 社群相關的社會工作教育所關注的議題，同時推動在社會工作領域中對 API 的教育與研究。APISWEA 定期舉辦學術指導與職涯發展活動，並負責全美社會工作教育協會（CSWE）年會亞太分論壇的摘要審稿與主持彙報工作。每年，協會亦設立兩項博士生獎學金，獎勵從事 API 議題研究的青年學者。此外，除了每年在 CSWE 年會期間舉辦會員聚會外，APISWEA 也在亞太地區定期召開國際會議，過往已在越南、菲律賓、泰國、韓國、中國香港、中國成都與印尼等地成功舉辦。2026 年的國際論壇將於6月5至8日在中國澳門舉行，由澳門城市大學承辦。

The Asian & Pacific Islander Social Work Educators Association (APISWEA) is an international organization representing social work educators of Asian and Pacific Islander (API) descent in North America. The association’s mission is to engage in dialogue and respond to issues concerning social work education related to the global API communities, while promoting education and research on API populations within the field of social work.

APISWEA regularly organizes academic mentoring and career development events and is responsible for the abstract review and session facilitation of the API Track at the Annual Program Meeting (APM) of the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) in the United States. Each year, APISWEA also awards two doctoral fellowships to encourage emerging scholars whose research focuses on API-related issues. In addition to hosting member gatherings during the CSWE APM, the association also convenes international conferences across the Asia-Pacific region, having successfully held previous events in Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Chengdu, and Indonesia. The 2026 International conference will be held in Macau, China, from June 5 to 8, and will be hosted by the City University of Macau.
